Lower Juniors: Pizza Ingredients
This week, the Lower Juniors are being risk takers and trying some new ingredients to see if we might include them on our pizzas. The seaweed, pineapple and olives were a hit with most of us. However, we were divided on the capers and the spring onion had us running for our water bottles!! 🤣
We also practised the bridge and claw chopping techniques.
