Today the Junior Road Safety Officers took part in their annual training organised by the Hampshire Road Safety team. The team had to apply some of what they’d learnt to scenarios in and around school, talking about possible risks and safety issues that arise on the roads around our school.

The biggest area of concern was the safe parking around school. After learning the devastating effects of poor parking around schools, the team are committed to reinforcing our already existing rules: no parking on the zig zag lines! Please think about where you park!
