Our wonderful SEKF Karate Instructor, Collin, and his squad recently competed in the English Karate Championships, where Collin's daughter, Carla Rudkin-Guillen went on to win a historic Gold medal in the Junior Kata for the third consecutive year and then followed this by winning Gold in the Female Junior Kumite -59kg. 

A huge well done to all of Collin's SEKF squad who took part!

We are so lucky that Collin (and occasionally, when not in training for her next competition, Carla) provides karate lessons, every Wednesday, as one of our after school clubs! If your child(ren) is not already, why not give it a go! It's not too late to sign up for a Summer term of fun.
